We collect the following personally identifiable information 1. Location (GPS coordinates): We use location data to identify the most suitable partner for a particular customer order. We calculate the distance between the customers location and the partners location and this distance is one of the inputs in finding the most suitable partner.2. Call log data: We use call log data to identify calls which were initiated by the user of this app (i.e. public Service partner) but were not picked up by the customer. By identifying these calls, we notify the customer that our partner called so that the customer receives the partners call the next time round. Additionally, we also use this data to remind the partner to call again so that a partner sees higher lead conversion.3. Contact details data: We collect your contacts data (only after you give permission) and identify your contacts who are already working on our platform. You can go through their profiles, get ideas to improve your profile and get in touch with your contacts to learn how to be successful on the public Service platform. We sync and store your contact data on our servers and in some cases may send marketing communication to your contacts.
